5 drops in 15 ml of water (about a tablespoon) provides an effective rinse twice a day for three months from one bottle of Peri-Gum.
Rinse strength can be increased to a maximum of 25 drops per 15 ml of water twice a day if required.
Rinse after brushing & flossing teeth and hold each rinse for up to 30 seconds. A soft brush dipped in Peri-Gum rinse solution may be gently pressed on any infected area of gums.
Best results are obtained by not eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after use.
The bottle should be shaken well ahead of use as the herbal actives are suspended in the fluid in particle form and can settle.
